HUDSON HOUSE DISTILLERY - WEST PARK NY
Hudson Valley Distillery, located in West Park, are the new guys on the block. Opened in Summer 2021 right on the Hudson River south of Kingston and north of Newburgh on 9W.
This is a must stop! This distillery is in it's growing phase. New equipment is arriving Fall of 2021. Currently they are contracting Bourbon and Rye from Finger Lakes Distilling. Which is a great start. They bring the barrels down and age them to their specifications.
The cool thing about this place is it's an all in one experience. Want just a cocktail, then you are in luck. Grab a seat in the bar, on the deck or in one of the parlor rooms in the house. Want a full out tour and tasting well they've got you covered as well. Want to stop by for a bite to eat and listen to some music and have a glass of wine? Well they've got you covered as well. How about just dropping in for a cheeseboard and a beer? Well that's all good too.
