HILLROCK DISTILLERY TOUR AND TASTING

​Hillrock distillery in the Hudson valley is known for their award-winning whiskeys. They make a single malt whiskey, a bourbon and a double cask rye. Also check out their special releases of special barrel aged versions of their classics. Trust us you won't be disappointed. 

We took our staff on a tour of this well known Farm Distillery a couple of years back.  And we would be happy to take you there as well!

The unique thing about Hillrock is that are one of the very few distilleries that have their own malting room.  Plus all of their grains are grown in close proximity to the distillery. Hillrock prides them self on consistent quality. This whiskey will totally change your opinion on New York State whiskey.
